What event has to do with dogs?
We have New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Spring Festival, the year of the horse, but no dogs.

With love, absolutely nothing can be bought.
The event is the same year after year, for children and their pets.
Perhaps you can't buy anything with love unless you sell love for money.
