RE: Oil painting from Cedar Creek #canada

A good question. I have no clue what the Steemit team wants but it feels it differs from Steem witnesses although I have doubts the Steemitblog is posted by Steemit Inc.

.... if I were you I would do what I like.
Something I do anyway since I have nothing to lose and my votes are not that huge at all, plus I am in average disliked for having an opinion.

The only difference I make right now is the hat I wear. If I am Steem Curator once in a while, mainly to reward artists and commenters and all those good ones always being ignored, I stick to rules set (and of course the guidelines). In February was a big "fight" about rewarding and nominating someone who posted on Steemit and elsewhere. It was labelled as plagiarism, which I don't agree with since I don't see using my own work as plagiarism if I post it on different sites or post it here and next in a book.
Apparently AI also states it is plagiarism, which I find rediculious. The biggest plagiarist is AI.

So for now I go along with this weird idea where the label comes from. BTW I can understand that the platform likes original content even if they never pay for it, but still I find it unreasonable especially if they like to see quality and active users and also like to be promoted.

In a few days everything, if it comes to me, is back to normal since I stop curating.

As I noticed you receive good upvotes and SC teams or steemitblog cannot fight this also not if SCs vote on comments.

I wish you a great and creative day.
🍀❤️
