Incredible India Monthly Contest of March #1:Imagination vs Creation!
Hello beautiful steemians, welcome to my blog. Today we are talking about imaginations and creativity. Let’s dig in.
Do you believe imagination is equally significant before creating something? Your view! |
|---|
For every creation we see, there was an unseen world that birthed it and that unseen world is the imagination. Imagination is called the seed of creation. The seed because before any tree grows, it starts with a seed. Before a human is brought into the world. It starts with a seed.
The same applies to everything we do in life. Before any creativity of any sort happens, there’s always a starting point and that starting point is our imagination. It’s our inner eye with which we see things first and from there its births into creativity.
Our imagination is the seat of conception. We cannot see a thing come to fruition until we see it with the eyes of our imagination. Even before writing this contest, I had to imagine me doing it and what I want to do and how I want to do it before I actually started. I had already seen it in my mind first before the actual creation which is writing this contest.
So whether it’s a conscious or an unconscious act of creating, somewhere somehow, our imagination is always involved before its fruition. It’s like where it was birthed first because execution. While some creativity incubates for long in our imagination and some pop out so fast, the truth is that our imagination is always part of creativity. It’s like seeing before the actual doing.
"Creation is beyond age"! How do you glance at the term! |
|---|
Creation or creativity is actually beyond age. This means that no matter our age, we are all capable of creating something, therefore there is no age limit to creativity.
A young person, an older person, aged people and even children can create things. For example, I went to my brother place to visit with them. I watched as my niece of 4 years old, used her block toys to build a moving train. I was just watching her in awe and was really impressed.
I also saw my little niece of a year and eight months doing amazingly well with her own toys. As an adult, I have had to create things on my own too and there are people who have know to have done amazing inventions at old age.
The only difference it that age and experience plays key roles in what is being created but at every age gap, a type of creativity is involved. Hence there’s no limit to creativity when it comes to age. Any human of any age gap can be creative as along as they see it in their imagination.
Do you think we are only able to create anything when our imagination is transparent? Your belief! |
|---|
Clarity of imagination is good when it comes to creativity but it must not be absolute clarity. Some persons have vivid descriptions of what they want to create after conceiving it in their imagination while some persons don’t.
For some persons, they start without clear imaginations. They may have a vague idea of what they are working on and they may seem
Confused initially but with persistence and discipline, and more practicality, their ideas and creation becomes clearer and they are able to achieve success.
So creativity can start without being clear at first but with consistency and practice, it can become clear over time, become more focused and refined. So we don’t have to wait until we have it all clear out in our imagination, we can step out on our creativity adventure and the rest will definitely fall into place as we proceed.
In summary, the unseen world of imagination births creation, age is not a limit to creativity and clarity often grows as we proceed with our creation journey. What’s most important is our boldness and determination to bring our good imaginations into creativity.
