Personally, I've discovered that listening to my emotions often leads me good and satisfied route that seems honorable to me, even if it goes against rationality at times.

For me, the heart has always been dependable when it comes to situations like this, it often guides me toward decisions that are compatible with things I would do on an average day and sometimes toward my goals.

Yes, I believe that we need both our heart and when it comes to decision-making.

Although at any occurrence, I prefer to make decisions with my heart, I understand the importance of reasoning and getting facts on most situations before acting.

When our emotions interfere with judgment, more logical reasoning is needed, so therefore, by striking a balance between these two, we can make decisions that are both emotionally satisfying and logically useful in a situation.

Are you more emotional or practical in real life?

When it comes to real-life matters, I consider myself a more practical person, especially in a situation where everyone is just putting their emotions on the line, I like the concept of being different and staring at a clearer picture of an occasion.

When making judgments, I chase facts!!, but I am also not reluctant to allow my emotions to guide me when necessary, especially in a very fragile situation, whereby something I say or do might hurt the other person.

Balancing these two aspects of human personality has served me well in getting a clear picture of how the world works.

Do you have any suggestions for youth which one they should follow in their day-to-day lives?

To the young people who are facing this problem, I would advise you to listen to your hearts and try to consider using your minds when needed, these two work hand in hand.

Accept your emotions, but do not let them obstruct your judgment, find a balance that works for you, a balance that allows you to make decisions that are both emotional and practical, and always strike a balance between these two and avoid hurting a third party in the process.
