On the other hand, artificial intelligence is a sophisticated technology developed by the human brain that tries to think or act like humans through a huge amount of data and algorithms. Currently, artificial intelligence is deeply influencing our daily thinking, decision-making process and the whole world as a whole.

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Artificial Intelligence

When we look at artificial intelligence, we see a mixture of both advantages and disadvantages. If we talk about the advantages of artificial intelligence, then artificial intelligence has made our lives incredibly easier and faster. From diagnosing complex diseases in medical science to making accurate calculations in space research or automating production in industrial factories, artificial intelligence has made a significant contribution everywhere. It is capable of analyzing data tirelessly, but it also has several disadvantages. Artificial intelligence has no emotions or conscience of its own, no empathy or sense of morality. As a result, it can give wrong instructions, which can cause serious harm. In addition, the loss of human work, loss of confidentiality of theories and the increase in risks such as cybercrime have become one of the main concerns of the present time.

Overreliance On Artificial Intelligence

I will explain this better from my own daily work experience. I have a gaming YouTube channel as well as writing on Instagram and Facebook. Because of this, I feel the powerful impact of artificial intelligence very closely. Again, while artificial intelligence is very helpful in video editing, thumbnail design and finding trending topics, I deeply realize that artificial intelligence can never replicate the emotional connection I have with my viewers, my own commentary or the immediate human reaction during a game. Artificial intelligence cannot sense the connection we have with each other as humans. In the current era, people are becoming more dependent on artificial intelligence than on our own intelligence, which is undoubtedly a negative aspect. In all cases, whether it is knowing something very simple or writing creatively, we are blindly relying on machines. If we stop using our brains like this, future generations may turn to machines to solve simple problems.
