As you said there are just a few countries in the world which do not suffer from this evil thing the corruption. In fact our present PM is doing his best to get rid of corrupt officials and ministers and he has succeeded to remove it at the top level but as a country of 1,45 billion and over 150 million government employs plus contractors and others who take advantage of loopholes we are still suffering.
