How is the contemporary lifestyle affecting individuals? So I would appreciate your insights on some of the potential side effects.

The modern way of life has significantly changed the mode of thinking, work and communication of the individuals. Among these forces is the heavy dependence on technology that made life less demanding and challenging. People are able to communicate and get informed in time, work more efficiently and get information easily. Such side effects of this convenience are too numerous.

People spend hours in front of the screens which result in physical disorders like eye-straining, inactive lifestyle, sleeping disorders and unhealthy diets. The continuous news and the social media overload and the comparisons with other individuals in the cyber space may bring a certain level of stress, anxiety and low self-esteem at the psychological level. Individuals are compelled to make it seem good or productive at any given time.

In social front, access to digital communication has also reduced face to face communications among others, and this has consequently contributed to the loss of emotional attachment. The hectic lifestyle that does not allow people to balance work and life and rest is also a promoter of burnout. In a nutshell, contemporary life has been rendered to be comfortable but when misapplied it is not advisable to the health, relationship and emotional state of life.

Do you believe that it's necessary to consider several factors before adopting any new habits? Why?

Yes, it is quite essential to consider some of the factors prior to adopting new habits. Habits have a direct impact on our physical health, our state of mind and our day to day life and hence making poor decisions with regards to the habits may lead to stress or even a failure. Every individual has different schedules, responsibilities, energy and individual goals. What is considered as an effective habit to one person may not be effective to another one. As an example under this, getting up very early may be more effective to a certain individual but it may be the cause of fatigue to another.

It must take into account time management, financial capacity and long term sustainability, health status. People should also ask themselves whether a habit could be possible and beneficial as opposed to merely following the fashions. Deliberate planning helps individuals in establishing the habits which in fact allow them to become healthier and self-develop.

Do you believe allowing a child to enjoy their childhood its crucial for their emotional, social, and also cognitive development?

To me i will say yes I believe, there is a reason to provide a child with a chance to lead a normal life as far as emotional, social and cognitive development is concerned. The childhood is marked with learning as a result of playing, inquisitiveness and fantasy. Innovativeness, ability to solve problems and ability to express feelings are some of the aspects that are enhanced in children in the course of play. It is the socialization with other children, which has to teach the concepts of sharing, teamwork, empathy and communication.

Unless children are ready earlier than they are supposed to handle academic issues or manhood, they may get anxious, scared to fail and lack confidence. A happy and balanced childhood leads to the creation of an emotionally stable and secure child. It is also a means of developing a passion of learning instead of fear of expectations. Children are normally emotionally healthy adults when safe, nurtured and given the chance to explore. Therefore, childhood experiences would be valuable in designing rounded individuals and strong ones.

Conclusion

The current changes in life, the formation of habits and childhood experiences are influential as the factors into the evolution of human well-being. It is very important to have this balance, awareness and make thoughtful decisions towards a healthy and fulfilling life.
