Many will put maturity and experience to be equivalent to each other. I don't see it that way, as maturity involves development in stages. The experience is facing an event and going through the circumstances. While both maturity and experience are built with time, they are not the same.
How do you define maturity?
maturity is a step-by-step development process for an entity. It could be living things (animals and plants, or a project( which can be a nonliving thing). Maturity can be seen as an upgrade of the previous stage. The more upgrades, the different levels of maturity are attended, which for humans can be seen as adulthood. Given that adulthood will not stop, maturity continues to be achieved by humans.
What do you believe experiences come with age or circumstances? Define.
Experiences have to do with someone facing a challenging situation and going through it. Experiences are achieved with time as one of the factors during the events.
Experiences and circumstances need to be in place, as the other concepts need each other. To accomplish the concept of experiences, you need events (circumstances). You can have experiences without circumstances to go through, and either fail or succeed.
Example: At my place of work, I remember the first time a client reached out to me that they would love to implement a MoMo pay method on their site. I was scared because I had no experience. I had not faced such a challenge before, and the circumstances showed up. It was only the first, or second, that I had experienced adding the MOMO payment method to a website.
For you to be experienced in something, you need to be presented with the circumstance. It's okay to fail and fail. It is part of the experience, as you will finally get it.
Do you believe older people can also learn so many things from youth? Justify.
Yeah, I strongly believe there is nothing for older people to learn from the youth. I will break it into two reasons because each of these categories of people has its part to play in life.
Experience does not, though, mean we can learn from experiences. experience is achieved with time, which older people have. You can't buy age, which is an upper hand over the youths. If we have to talk about the circumstance, the older people have come across a number of. Without the technology of today, they were able to succeed. The experience is far beyond what the youths can think.
Yes, you can only learn the innovations the youths work on to help create a better world. But then again, the data put together is obtained from the experiences of older people. I will end by saying that no matter what the old have subjects to learn from the youth. Innovation is all that the youths have achieved, nothing new.
Experience is about doing the same thing over and over, which the older people have had more chances than the youth.

This is an important and acceptable sentence. An old man can learn a lot by reminiscing about his youth. As many of our childhood memories are now about learning. People learn from past life not future. So there is no alternative to learning. To gain experience, learn to think yourself small Interest should increase. Be well dear brother. Tou pick a great point! That older people have had more time to accumulate the experiences and repeat them, which can lead them to mastery and expertise. However, it's also important to note that youth can bring a fresh thoughts and innovative approaches for doing things..
