hello friends, how are you all ?? Well Steem Engagement Challenge S12w3, this week came up with interesting topic, so that everyone can write their experience and opinions in different contest, even inviting more friends to participate in the contest to create more awareness about steemit to the people of world.
Share your first Experience of getting an ample vote on steemit
My first Ample vote came from @booming02 , in the #hindwhalecommunity in the contest Power Up Steem and Win. In that post i show all the steps how I power up all my steem to grow awareness of steemit platform overall the world.

I made this post as suggested by my friend @jyoti-thelight in the night after two days a got notification that @booming02 upvoted your post, on that day i was so happy and excited to takr more participation in the contest and get rewarded. As because previously i made lots of post but never got upvote from whale.This was first time i got upvoted from whale for quality content.
How was your feeling after getting your first ample vote
When I saw that i have been upvoted by @booming02 for the very first time, i was on cloud nine😜 I thought finally my hardwork Payoff, i was happy inside outside. It was my first Amble vote as newbie back which means alot to me, it was like encouragement applause to work more harder to get success in the block chain of steemit.** I felt like enthusiasm, self-confidence, belief, happiness and so on. This little achievements of getting upvote motivate and bring out the best inside of me in future. I should make more n more quality Content and help me to believe that I can achieve the next goal of getting upvote from @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 soon.
Share Your Steemit Journey and experience, Along with what challenges you faced being steemian
I Joined steemit in 2019 before COVID, i was not continuely engaged here.After an year steemit develop another platform known as hive, it is also bloging platform so i got more engage on hive, left steemit platform. Well, My journey of steemit has been all about Ups and Downs as getting upvote from curator is quite difficult, feeling disappointed and demotivated, so every time i quite the steemit after every 6 to 7 months because not getting what to post, what to write to get attracted by whale, but I think this time platform totally changed and become easy to get upvote, as steem engagement challenges is the best way to engage the users to share their experiences about particular topic. Now I don't have thing what to write, it became so simple, easy even i must say exciting to participate in the contests. Steemit teaches me alot about content writing, crypto currency, blockchain,web3 plagiarism, how to make quality content, how to interact with other and got so many good friends.
Share a few Suggestions Requirements to follow and some need to avoid here
As per my Suggestion, there should be some changes like
• Steemit should conduct event annually so that steemian celebrates the thriving steem ecosystem, bringing together developers, content creators, investors, and visionaries worldwide. Where steemain can discuss about the future goal, what campaign should their start to grow steemit.
• There should ChatBox in steemit platform, where people should write content within 200 words just to interact with each other, Usually we interacted each other through comments, comments are realated to post only.
Important point need to be avoided
As i noticed newbies or steemian with low reputation writing good content but got getting expected upvotes where as steemian with higher reputation always get high upvoted by whale, i know that may their content is good, but newbies also doing hardwork, their hardwork should be appreciated just to give them motivation to stay tune in steemit.

Nice to read a post from a user that I can see myself in him. I was same like you in my starting of the journey. Getting vote on the both of platforms is not so easy, but I was not here for only earnings, I started developing my skills and writing skills specially I started working on my English so I started getting good support by the users. That is encouraging for me to do more good.
A last suggestion for you to do really engagement on others posts, like go to the challenge tag and then start engaging with the posts by other users. Start reading others posts too, this will let you learn something new.
