I can't agree more with you on your definition of maturity, yes it's the ability to make rational decisions, know the consequences of our actions, and take responsibility for them. Well, I believe we gain experience both ways, I mean age and circumstances, because we are learning gradually and naturally as we grow and age, but circumstances make us more experienced! Success!
