​Assalam O Alaikum to all my dear friends. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying a peaceful day. I am very happy to participate in this contest organized by @sduttaskitchen. I also want to thank @sadaf02 for inviting me to share my thoughts here. This topic is very important because our life is changing fast and we need to talk about its effects on us.
Modern Lifestyle And Its Side Effects

​Modern life is full of technology and fast speed. We use phones and computers for everything now. This makes our work easy but it has many bad effects on our body. People do not move much and they spend many hours sitting in one place. This lifestyle is very different from our old traditions where people were more active.
Physical Health: A Silent Side Effect

​The biggest problem of the modern way of living is physical health. Due to excessive use of cars and sitting in offices our physical activity is almost zero. This causes problems like obesity and heart issues. Also we eat too much fast food which is not good for our health. We must realize that technology should help us not make us sick. We need to focus on eating home made food and drinking more water to stay fit.

Mental Wellbeing And Social Media

​Mental health is another big concern in this modern era. Social media makes us compare our lives with others and this creates a lot of stress. People are always busy checking notifications and they do not have time to relax their minds. This constant pressure leads to anxiety and sometimes people feel very lonely even in a crowd. We have many friends online but very few in real life. It is very important to spend time with nature and family to keep our mind calm and happy.

Thinking Before Adopting New Habits

​Yes it is very important to think about many things before you start a new habit. Any change in your daily routine can affect your health and your mind for a long time. You should check if the habit is safe for you and if it brings any real benefit. For example if someone starts heavy lifting in the gym without any guide it can cause a bad injury.

Consistency And Environment

​A habit should also fit into your life easily. If you pick a very hard routine you will stop doing it after a few days. Consistency is the most important thing for success. You should also see if your family is okay with your new habits. For example if you start waking up very early it might change the routine of the whole house. So thinking about your environment makes the habit successful and long lasting.
Importance Of Childhood Joy And Growth

​I believe that every child should enjoy their childhood with full freedom. Childhood is the time when a person builds their base for the future. If we put too much pressure on kids for studies they will lose their creativity. We should let them run and explore the world. Playing is not a waste of time but it is a way of learning. When kids play outside they become physically strong and mentally active.

​Playing with other children helps them learn how to talk and solve problems together. This is very important for their social development. Creative things like drawing and making toys help their brain grow fast. If we limit their freedom they might become shy or fearful. We should give them a happy environment where they can be themselves. A happy child will grow up to be a confident and successful adult who knows how to handle life.

​In the end I want to say that balance is the key to a good life. We can use modern tools but we should not forget our health and relationships. We must take care of our bodies and give our children the best childhood possible.
