Steem Engagement Challenge-S7W3/ My Last Family Holiday Experience.
Introduction.
Greetings to you all n this wonderful @increadible india community I'm excited to participate in this wonderful contest officially organized here, it's a pleasure to express how my last holiday experience was spent.
I have envisaged on this for a long while, and in all ramification I'm geared up to letting you know how my experience went, before I proceed let me invite the following to join this wonderful contest @mukka, @newtonb, @nasir04.
When it comes to travelling I must tell you it's one of my hobby, when I travel to various places I learn so many things, I'm from the southern part of the country, River's state portharcort City to be precise.
Why did you choose to visit that place?
I'm currently staying at portharcort City, a place called NTA Axis all in portharcort City, my village is called Rumuji in Emohua local government area, it's somehow closer to portharcort City I must tell you.
But during the festive period I decided to travel to another state called imo State, with some of my friend's to spend little time with another of our friends.
The question here says I should State the reason I choosed the place, courtesy this I choosed the place because I have heard lots of good things about the East so I decided to have a visit.
It was a splendid experience as I really enjoyed my stay out there with friends more like my family, we bought drink's, drank together and we really had good time together, check out some image's below.
We bought one hot drink (alcoholic), and one soft drink (non-alcoholic) looking at the screenshot it's all showed, so the enjoyment was super splendid.
Travelling from one place to another is super cute as I learnt so many things, we also went out to see some fantastic traditional activities I will upload all pictures here.
Share the experiences you gathered while visiting the place
This was the first time I visited the East and my experience was sublime, the experience I gathered was incredible massive, first I ate food I never ate before here in the south, this was my first experience gathered.
My second experience was stepping out with my friends to watch some traditional activities/displays from the Open square in the East out there, watch some traditional photos I took.
We followed with our friends and went straight to the square and trust me my eyes where filled as I watched some masquerade displays all round.
One of the key experience I gathered was that every ethnic nationality has their own style of doing thing's, I also realized that every community has tradition's.
Mostly all time in the festive period there usually use to be some various traditional displays all round, and in the East there wasn't anything different.
When the display started I thought the guy's wearing the masquerade will be very violent, but my guest was totally wrong, as we watched and all round enjoyed the fun.
Do you have any noteworthy incidents or moments you faced while traveling to that place?.
Yes looking at the moment encountered while travelling I recognize something very important which is the fact that some police guy's on the road where seing collecting money #100, which is equivalent to 1 steem.
When the police men on the road collects money from the driver, more like an extortion, they give you a number e.g number 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc and so on and so on.
I also saw some local vigilante guy's mounting great road blocks to access everyone coming into the state, they are working in conjunction with the security operatives to sanitize the place.
They have the Eastern security Network ESN and other interdinomination security agencies saddled with the responsibility of sanitizing the entire environment just to making sure that everywhere is void of insecurity activities.
Which thing did you enjoy the most in that place?.
Waw nice question, when you go to a place newly, people get to see you in different perspective they pet and treat you well for me I enjoyed the compny I got, trust me in all ramification it was fun visiting the Easter part of the country.
Another thing that really twicked my fancy is the quality of traditional meal we ate, it's really remarkable indeed knowing fully well that I'm not very all that good when it comes to preparing good and quality meals, all round.
Glory to God I was oppotuned to watch some community football competition, that was indeed very wonderful, all my aspiration was in-line and intending, hopefully next year I will have the course to travel again.
Would you like to visit that place once again with your family?.
When you visit a place for the very first time and you where treated fairly, you will agree with me that next time you will be glad to visit again, you May even want to carry your friends and family along with you.
I will love to visit again, not just with my family, but with my friends and well wishers too as well, indeed travelling to the east comes with great lessons and enermous expectations.
When it comes to festive period, you find out that people travel alot, all over the country, sometimes too all over the world, travelling isn't peculiar to nigerians alone.
Conclusion.
Visiting new places in life gives one a clear understanding of what perspective, lesson's, and new life galvanize experience to carry home.
I travelled, saw, and made new friends all over the country @nigeria, travelling remains one of my best favourite hobby all round.
When you travel, and they treat you well you may like to visit again, and again, from the lessons learnt, always learn to treat strangers nicely.
