Hi guys welcome to my blog, I want to share with you today my thoughts on this topic above, let's delve right into it guys!

Define the term "Crisis" in your own way!

My simple and layman definition of crisis is a state of total unrest, instability and challenge that need immediate intervention which should bring back normalcy.

We would get to experience it once in a while as long as we live on this planet called earth and we are expected as humans not to break down in the face of this crisis, rather use it as a stepping stone to get better and stronger.

So the question now should be how has the crisis you have faced in the past affected you. Has it affected you positively or negatively. That's actually a rhetorical question and a food for thought for you.

Do you think that everyone is currently experiencing a crisis? Your viewpoint!

Of course yes, but the difference is that people experience it in measures. This means crisis is relative if I may add. What someone sees as a big deal might not even be a big deal to another who is currently going through something he considers life threatening but the bottom line is that everyone experiences it in one way or the other.

Maybe adding this example would do. Mr.A has just lost his job and is now in a very devastating state. The reason is not far fetched, he is thinking about livelihood which includes bills and how he is going to foot them, while Mr.B has a company of his own but is looking for funds to clear bad debts and also expand it.

Both scenarios are crisis but in levels, more so, they ain't the same even though it pertains to occupation. You might not understand what both parties are going through unless you're in their shoes. Mr.A feels hopeless, Mr.B is on the verge of being bankrupt and insolvent which could eventually close down the business if no solution is gotten.

Please provide an overview of the various crises that individuals encounter in their daily lives! I would appreciate your suggestions, on effective strategies to mitigate some of these challenges.

In this section I will share some crisis people go through and how to really solve them over time because sometimes the fix is not sudden however it's for sure.

Let's continue from the initial example I gave about Mr. A who lost his job of course there would be bills to fix and all which include rent. At this point, he needs to avoid panic and anxiety as much as he can because he won't be able to think straight.

Secondly, he needs to settle down and think of the way forward which might include having a discussion with his landlord about the new development and at the same time he needs to look out for some petty job which requires little or no qualification to do for the meantime before he gets something better that can stabilise him and get him back on his feet.

Another example is someone who has just suffered an heartbreak. At this point such a person would be going through the worst stage of his life because of that unfortunate incident. But you know what? life must go on.

Firstly, such a person would need to accept the obvious reality of the breakup, such a person is free to cry, and even talk to some trustworthy folks in his or her circle and then proceed to the second stage which is filling the void the heartbreak had left by distracting himself with other productive activities

Finally such a person will need to learn from that experience, he or she will need to do a good self evaluation to check the root cause of the breakup and then avoid another in the future.

I think I need to drop my pen at this point and I really hope I've been able to share with y'all something beneficial. Feel free to share with me your thoughts in the comment section.
