Good day everyone, I hope you all are doing great. It feels good to be back in season 7 week 5 of the STEEM engagement challenge. It feels like yesterday when this STEEM Engagement challenge was started and I was participating in all of the challenges. Now today I am writing about the topic of My way to stay balanced during the time of stress which is created by the Incredible India.


What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?


Stress is a word like a neighbor, as we all face stress at some point in our lives, for the student's stress is our daily dose. and it can be challenging to manage it in a healthy way. And it is really important for us to find ways that help us in coping with the stress and also find ways that work best for us in the stress. I'll share my personal story and tips for staying balanced during stressful times.

I remember just a few months ago when I was away from the STEEMIT or you can say I was away from the work and was at my home, was feeling particularly overwhelmed with Studies, health, and work, and also my father had been in a very serious accident past year, those who remember me and used to read my blogs might remember it. Because of that as I am the eldest son of my family I had all the responsibilities. I was working on STEEMIT, delivering Honey, taking care of my father's business, and also studying. I felt like I was drowning in stress, and I didn't know how to manage it. That's when I realized that I needed to make a change.

One of the things which helped me a lot was talking to my elders including my parents, eldest sisters, and also one of my uncles. This is where I think most people of my age make mistakes is that they don't share their feelings with anyone. And some only share their feelings in front of their friends, but in my point of you, your parents are the ones who deserve the most that you share your feelings with them. Just having someone to confide in makes a big difference in how I feel. I felt heard and supported, and that made all the difference in the world.

Another important aspect of my stress management strategy is my religious practice. I'm a Muslim, and I find comfort in my faith during stressful times. Praying 5 times a day and reading the holy Quran helps me feel more grounded and connected to a higher power. This gives me a sense of peace and calm, even when the world around me is chaotic.

Stress is a part of life, but it's important to find healthy ways to manage it. Talking to someone, practicing a religion, and taking breaks are all effective ways to stay balanced during stressful times. Everyone's story and experiences are different, but I hope that sharing my own journey can help you find what works best for you.


Give three main reasons behind our stress?


Stress is a common experience that affects many people. It can impact our physical and mental well-being, making it important to understand what causes it and how to manage it. Here are three main reasons behind our stress and how they can impact us:

Work or school-related pressure: Our jobs and education can be significant sources of stress. Deadlines, heavy workloads, and demanding bosses or teachers can make us feel overwhelmed. This type of stress can cause physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, and fatigue. It can also affect our mental health, leading to anxiety and depression.

Financial problems: Money is a common source of stress for many people. Whether it's struggling to pay bills, save for the future, or make ends meet, financial problems can cause us to feel anxious and stressed. This type of stress can affect our sleep patterns, increase feelings of hopelessness, and even lead to physical health problems like heart disease.

Personal relationships: Our relationships with others can also be a source of stress. Conflicts with partners, family members, or friends can cause feelings of anger, frustration, and sadness. The loss of a loved one or a breakup can also be very traumatic and lead to feelings of grief and stress. This type of stress can affect our mental health, leading to anxiety, depression, and even physical symptoms like changes in appetite or sleep patterns.

It's important to remember that stress is a normal part of life. By understanding what causes it and learning how to manage it, we can minimize its impact and improve our overall well-being. This might include developing coping strategies like exercise, mindfulness, or talking to a trusted friend or therapist.


Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?


Yes, I think we all should take this problem really seriously, we have to find a way to cope with that and we have to take care of our surrounding people to help them cope with this issue, Here's why it is important for us to take this problem seriously;

Physical health effects: Chronic stress can have serious physical health consequences such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and a weakened immune system, making it crucial to manage.

Mental health effects: Stress can also have significant effects on our mental health. It can lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues if left unchecked.

Impact on daily life: Stress can interfere with our daily activities and impact our relationships, work, and overall quality of life. It can cause us to feel fatigued, irritable, and unable to enjoy the things we once did.

Cumulative impact:Prolonged stress can accumulate over time and have long-lasting effects on our health and well-being, making it important to address it as soon as possible.

In conclusion, stress is a common experience that affects many people. It can have serious consequences on our physical and mental health if left unaddressed. Understanding the main reasons behind our stress, such as work or school pressure, financial problems, and personal relationships can help us to better manage it. Taking stress seriously means recognizing its effects and seeking help when needed, as well as implementing effective stress management techniques to improve our well-being. By managing stress, we can reduce its impact on our daily lives and maintain good physical and mental health.
