Lovely and festive diary! I really enjoyed reading about your Ganesh Chaturthi shopping experience. It sounds like you had a busy but enjoyable evening, from buying puja essentials, fruits and flowers to finding the special durba garland and laddus for Lord Ganesha.
I especially liked the part where you, Isha, and her friend sat beside the college field enjoying jhal muri and ice cream while talking and watching people walk and exercise. Sometimes these simple moments with friends become the sweetest memories. It is also beautiful that you feel so connected to Isha’s family and their celebrations, even though the puja is not held at your own home.
