That is our weekly curation report for April 2024.

Our community comes under # burnsteem25;
Hence, we request all the users;
to set a 25% beneficiary in the @ null account before submitting any post.

Now onward, we will publish the curation report every Saturday;
This week, we selected posts keeping engagement and consistency in mind besides quality.
These changes will give every user a fair chance to be on the top.

• Foremost, we want to convey that as per our new initiative,
  We distribute rewards among the best two(for this week because of less engagement of others)engaged users of the week.
  Hence, from now on, we will nominate the top posts in terms of quality, consistency, and the presence of users in hangout and tutorial classes.

Every week, we select some posts that are not only good in quality;
but a few authors are also contributing a lot to increase engagement through comments;
and some users are maintaining consistency through tutorials and hangouts besides frequently generating content.

But because of inconsistency, we can't include a few users. This week, our community again counted only active new users;
We hope the remaining users will read this curation report carefully to uphold the criteria and follow decency.

Second- Engagement.
Third- Consistency

We hope each week, we will get a chance to change the name of the top post;
Regarding quality, engagement, and consistency;
(including tutorial classes and hangouts).

দিনটা শনিবার ৩০ মার্চ ২০২৪ ।
আপনারা হয়ত আমার বিগত পোস্ট থেকেই জানতে পেরেছেন যে, আমার ঠাকুমা বেশ অনেক দিন যাবত শয্যাশায়ী।

রাতে ঘুমই আর আসতে চায় না। এক পর্যায়ে দেখি রাত ১.৩০ বেজে গিয়েছে তখন ঘুম আসেনি। কিছুক্ষণ পরই বাবা আমাকে ডাক দিয়ে বললো যে ঠাকুমার অবস্থা ভালো না।

বাংলাদেশ সময় শনিবার রাত ২.৩২ ( ভারতীয় সময় ২.০২) মিনিটে আমার ঠাকুমা পৃথিবীর মায়া কাটিয়ে নিজের ১০৬ বছর জীবনকালের সমাপ্তি ঘটায়।
যদিও রাত ১২ টার পর পরবর্তী দিন ধরা হয় তবে হিন্দু ধর্মাবলম্বীদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা পুস্পঞ্জিকা।

ঠাকুমা মারা যাওয়ার কয়েক দিন আগে থেকে কাউকে আর চিনতে পারতো না। তবে আমি একদিন এসে ঠাকুমাকে ডাক দিলাম-আমি: ও বুনডি ( ছোটবেলা থেকে আমি আমার ঠাকুমাকে বুনডি বলে ডাকি আর সারাজীবন এই বলেই ডেকেছি)।
তখন আমার জেটু ঠাকুমাকে বলল: মা, কে ডাক দিছে বলতো?
ঠাকুমা: কে? তনয় ডাকেছে?-

_{We often realize the value of relationships when we lose them. In the above, our friend cited the day when his grandmother perished! We all have to leave this world one day;
but we become emotional while reading the above portion! His grandmother was unable to recognize anyone for the last few days, but when our friend called her grandmother by the name he always called her;
She recognized him! There is always a hidden connection work between grandparents and grandchildren;
The reason might be we always love the interest more than the original! May her soul rest in peace! We all pray for his grandmother from the entire family of the Incredible India community. We hope there is a clear vision of why we selected this post as a top post of the week.}
