My experience regarding lack of sleep
Many years ago, TV and VCR used to be rented out to people for watching movies. I have seen this trend in my locality. Back then, I was very young. Yet I was crazy to watch movies, even staying awake at night. But the next day, attending my classes at school was very difficult for me due to sleep. Staying awake at day will work, but at night will badly impact your body and mind.
Human body and mind requires sufficient sleep to work properly. During sleep, your body and brain get relaxed, and recovered with full energy. When your brain is fully energized, it helps in integrating memories, improving our learning and decision-making ability. This is true, because after staying awake at night, in morning, I used to felt exhausted and wasn’t willing to go to school. However, I used to go to school due to my father’s strict instructions. My father was very strict in terms of education. There was no problem, if I watched movies staying awake at night, but the condition was that I would have to go to school. The next day, in school, I used to feel that I was drunk. Every now and then, my eyes would close.
Apart of these things, black or dark spots can be appeared under eyes due to lack of sleep. I have heard it from others. I have also shared my experiences in this article. Therefore, sleep at night is essential for everyone.
