A beautiful day the Lord has made and I'm glad to be here again to shear my view on this topic organized by @sduttaskitchen.
How does one interpret the term "Criticism"? Please Explain!
Criticism can be define as a way of refusing or rejecting another person's opinion , actions or behavior. It can be good or bad one.
Especially when the person is doing the wrong thing. Example like the government the citizen criticize the government a lot and is through the criticism that the government will know if what he or she is doing is write or wrong. So a good criticism helps a person to shape or amend his or her way.
Do you believe that constructive criticism is essential for fostering improvement? I would appreciate your perspective on this matter.
Yes I believe that constructive criticism is essential for fostering improvement. Because some time a person maybe doing the wrong thing with out knowing that what he or she is doing is the wrong thing.
Like I said before it is through criticism that the government know if he or she is a good or a bad government. Not only the government but every other person who does not see criticism as an insult too.
Like me I like to be criticized because it will help me to amend my ways especially when I'm doing something wrong thinking that I'm doing a perfect job. But I heat being criticzed when I know that what I'm doing is perfectly write because it will not only kill my motions but also the spirit of doing the write things.
Please provide an overview of the advantages and disadvantages associated with criticism.
Every thing that has advantages also have disadvantages too. Criticism can come in a good way or a bad way. But the most important thing about criticism is that it helps to tell a person to amend his or her way.
the advantages:
Criticism helps you to be more fucose and diligents.
It helps to shape human character to become a good person.
Criticism helps you to behave well both in the society or anywhere.
Criticism helps you to build a good character to yourself.
the disadvantages.
If being critized in a wrong way, it can affect or cause you from doing good things to the bad.
It kills someone's emotions and turn you to a wicked person.
misunderstanding criticism in a wrong direction can be seen as an insult.
