How many moments of life have been lost due to the change of time. If we tell those childhood memories to the current generation, they will think they are dreaming or reading the pages of a book. However, I think that the current generation of boys and girls could not have realized much about how much we have endured hardships and sacrifices, but we have remained steadfast towards our goals despite facing all kinds of hardships and sacrifices. I studied with the help of lamps or hurricane lamps until I was in the eighth grade. Even then, there was no electricity in our area. Even in the scorching heat, I studied under the light of hurricane lamps. After I entered the ninth grade, electricity came to our area. Nowadays, even boys and girls do not want to study in AC. However, it is not the same for everyone. There are still many students who continue their studies despite facing many difficulties. That is why adapting to all the situations in life is called success.

My house is right on the river bank. It takes only 3/4 minutes to get to the river from my house. When I joined secondary school, the school was in the city and I lived in the village. To go from our village to the city, we had to cross the river, and no bridge had been built on the river yet. That is why we used to cross the river to school in a wooden boat. Those childhood days are still a memory for me. Even though those days were difficult, I felt very happy to fight with life and move forward. Suddenly today, while looking at the pictures in my phone gallery, I saw the scene of crossing the river in that boat from the past. My heart became emotional upon seeing it. For 5 years, I used to cross the river every day to go to school by bicycle. Even in the rain, I used to ride my bicycle with an umbrella to go to school. The most interesting thing about living in the village is that there is no noise like in the city, you can find peace in nature. Where the boys of the city dream of getting on a boat and when I was young, I used to cross the boat 3/4 times a day.

As you can see in the picture, after all the people and vehicles got on a boat like this, when all the places were filled, the boat was taken to the other side. The boat was basically powered by an engine. As a result, the boatmen and the fishermen did not have much trouble. When the river was full, it took more than 30 minutes to cross the river. Sometimes it took even an hour. Especially when the water of the river dried up, and the entire river became a char, most of the river had to be crossed on foot. Which was the most difficult. It was difficult to carry special goods-laden vehicles. Sometimes it was difficult or delayed to take a sick person to the hospital.

Later, the government built a bridge over that river for us in the last few years. Now the communication system between our village and the city has become much easier. As the days go by, we are moving towards modernity. Today, I shared some of the memories left by the past with you. I hope you all liked it. Everyone will be well and healthy. I will see you again with a new post of mine.
