Buying a bed for a room.
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I am here again with another new post of mine. Let's start-
In our daily lives, we buy or sell many things due to our needs. Human needs are endless. Dreams and hopes are also like that, when one is fulfilled, another dream starts to be dreamed. We also ask the creator in the same way. When we get one thing, we keep asking the creator with new hopes, may he fulfill our next hope as well. We, who are people from middle-class families, are told to fulfill our dreams and buy some hobby, for this we have to try a lot, sometimes we have to endure a lot of pain. In the case of some people, the situation is different, they can buy everything in a moment if they want. Many times, even if they do not need it, but because of money, many people buy many things and keep them in the room, and then after a few days, they take them out of the room. Since childhood, I have been trying to fulfill my hobbies myself. Because my family did not have enough money to fulfill my hobbies.
I had been thinking about buying a wooden bed for my room for several days. But I could not afford to buy it because I could not raise money. As the saying goes, God gives everything very quickly if he wants. Suddenly, my marriage was fixed before Eid. I have shared the moments of that marriage with you. Since I had to stay abroad for more than 6 years for my studies, I did not buy much in my room. When I went home for vacation, I would spend my days lying on the floor. But since my marriage was a little short, I started fixing the room before Eid in Ramadan. First, I fixed everything inside the room. Then I painted the inside of the room. Since my room is made of tin, I painted it to make it look nice. There were almost all the other things in the room, except for a bed, so I thought I would buy a bed for the wedding. If I did not buy it at this opportunity, I would buy another one.
First, I had someone make a cot a few days ago. But the sad thing was that just a day before Eid, he told me that he couldn't make the cot before Eid. Since I was getting married 2 days after Eid, I needed it before Eid. What else could I do? I was quite tense, wondering if I would be able to buy a good cot the day before Eid. In the morning, my cousin and I went out to the market to buy a cot. We basically went to the place where cots are made and looked at and bought them. First, I went to see a friend of mine who makes and sells wooden cots, but I didn't like it that much. So, from there, we went to another place. This time, I went to my elder brother's friend's shop, a little far from our Kumarkhali town. When I went there, I liked the cot, but there was still some work left on the cot, they wanted to finish it and send it the day after Eid. But I saw that if they didn't give it to me then, there would be trouble again, so I didn't buy it from there either.
Now I went to another market. It was 1 pm then. Meanwhile, while rushing around from Ramadan, I asked my two brothers what was going on. Finally, I bought a cot from a few cots from a shop. The price was a little lower at 14,000/- taka for the ready-made one. After the purchase, I sent the cot home in a van. On the other hand, my elder brother and I started doing other work in the market. I bought the cot as a ready-made one because I liked it very much. Although I have no idea about wood, my brother said that wood is also good, so I took it. Around 9 pm, I set up the cot in the room with my brother again. The room was pretty good to look at. Actually, it is a poor man's house 🙂 It is beautiful with what it has.
Anyway, I shared some stories from my busy life with you. I hope you all liked it. Everyone stay well and healthy. See you again with my new post.
