You made an interesting point about when faced with situations or possibilities where we have no choice or alternative. It might be called a meeting point between free choice and destiny. Yes, because no choice is pure or separate from the chain of cause and effect.

Wrong choices aren't difficult, but difficult choices aren't easy, difficult choice nor do they have worse or more fatal consequences because they involve thought and effort to arrive at what they believe is truly the best decision. This echoes your statement, that every decision must be understood to have consequences, whatever form it takes.

There are no harder choices; we're simply unable to make greater or more equal sacrifices. If someone says, "I chose the wrong life partner," it's not the partner who's wrong, but rather a decision based on logic, not intuition when choosing a partner.
