Today I am here to submit the application Steemit Engagement Challenge- Season 10 post link
on the behalf of The Incredible India Community
The Communities should be well established, with a good, active team of Admins and Mods, and an actively growing community curation account.
We are indeed a growing general community;
working without the impediments of language banisters and country barricades.
We enforced multifarious things foremost, and now a few communities are following the same;
which is impressive. Because our preoccupation should be on the expansion of this platform.

I organized a carnival and tried to reduce the abuse through that contest which was solely sponsored by myself Here is the post link
So our fundamental intention is to educate users with proper guidelines and exclude that;
Our community provides each steemian an equivalent prospect to grow through our tutorial.We believe if we dodge unethical actions;
foremost we need to educate our users with proper guidelines.
And that should be functional for each newbie;
Thus as a general community, our moderators are serving the same along with me.

I wanted to work on those loopholes that were concerning me and to prove that five fingers are not equal;
I decided to create a place.I wanted to give every steemian a place where they do not have to think about their regional language before sharing content.
I do not want to prove that I am not running anywhere and give those users an opportunity who were roaming here and there after closing a few communities. Because of the same circumstances, I was confronted while working as a user.

Being the founder of the community my focus always to power up my steem and delegate most of my steem in the community account. Presently I have given a delegation of 11,500 steem to the meraindia account.
Besides me, our moderators also obey the same.

Details of how the community helps members improve the quality of their posts |

As I cited overhead every week, we conduct tutorial classes with those subjects;
that can comprehend users the decency of this platform.
I also shared those subjects as a post so that if anyone misses the tutorial class can apprehend the discussed subject in the tutorial class after going through the post.
Besides that, I also shared some content that benefits users to comprehend users about quality posts and quality comments:-

We are a flawless community. Each day our motto is to do something creative for this platform.
In our community, we all equally perform our responsibilities.
Each moderator submits their weekly report.
Every week I publish the booming report.
Every week I also publish curation reports.
Besides that, in the first week of each month, I shared all the assignments that we concluded in that month;
and some upcoming updates.We are running tutorial.
We are also running hangouts to understand each other pleasingly.
We also verify posts within 24hrs and also recheck those affirmed posts.

অবশ্যই আমরা এই কমেন্টটির সাথে আছি ভবিষ্যতেও থাকবো এবং যেকোনো চ্যালেঞ্জের মুখোমুখি হতে আমরা সর্বদাই প্রস্তুত থাকবো অবশ্যই দিদি আপনি অনেক ভাল কাজ করছেন আপনার কাজের প্রশংসা কিভাবে যে করব সেটার কোন ভাষা নেই।
আমাদের কমিউনিটি অনেকখানি এগিয়ে চলেছে অন্য সব কমিউনিটি চেয়ে অবশ্যই এই চ্যালেঞ্জেও আমরা অংশগ্রহণ করব এবং আশা করব আপনাদের অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণভাবে সম্পূর্ণ হয়।
প্রথমত আমি শুভকামনা করি আমাদের এই কমিউনিটির জন্য। কেননা কঠোর পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে আমাদের এডমিন মহোদয়া সহ সকল মডারেটর আপ্রাণ প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে।
আমাদের একটি বছর পূর্ণ হয়ে গেল, এটি নিয়ে সুন্দরভাবে অ্যানাউন্সমেন্ট করে দেয়া হয়েছিল এমনকি এখানে উল্লেখিত রয়েছে। এছাড়া সকল স্টিমিয়ানকে steemit প্ল্যাটফর্মে শিক্ষিত করার লক্ষ্যে টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাস পরিচালিত হয় এবং আনন্দ উপভোগ করার লক্ষ্যে একটি দিন বরাদ্দ রয়েছে।
আমাদের এই কমিউনিটি সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে যে সমস্ত নিয়ম রয়েছে তার মধ্য দিয়ে। সকল মডারেটর তাদের নিজ নিজ জায়গা থেকে কমিউনিটিকে সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালিত করার লক্ষ্যে তাদের চেষ্টার কমতি নেই।
আমি মনে করি আমাদের এই কমিউনিটিকে এই এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জে সুযোগ দিয়ে আবারো সকলের মাঝে তুলে ধরার অনুরোধ রইল। জয় হোক steemit প্ল্যাটফর্মের।
আমাদের কমিউনিটিটা তুলনামূলক ভাবে নতুন হওয়া সত্বেও অতীতে বেশ কয়েকবার সাফল্যের সাথে এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জ পরিচালনা করেছে।আর এই সফলতার জন্য কমিউনিটির অ্যাডমিন ম্যাম ও মডারেটরস্ গণ অনেক কষ্ট করেছেন আর কমিউনিটির উন্নয়নের স্বার্থে এখনো নিরলস পরিশ্রম করে যাচ্ছেন।
তাই ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আমি মনে করি,আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে আরো একবার এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জের আয়োজন করার সুযোগ দেওয়া উচিৎ।
এই কমিউনিটির জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা, আমি সৃষ্টিকর্তার কাছে প্রার্থনা করব। সৃষ্টিকর্তা যেন আবারও আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে, Steemit Engagement Challenge-Season 10 আবারও আমাদের সুযোগ করে দেয়ার জন্য।
