Greetings to all my friends. Your @shahidalinaz is here to share something very important and that is about achievement. Achievement is something everyone dreams about. Some people run behind success, some try to protect it. Life is not easy when it comes to winning and staying strong. In this post, I want to share my simple thoughts about success, passion and really meaning of achievement.

In my opinion, retaining success is more challenging than achieving it. In my words achieving success is like climbing a mountain. Yes, It is hard. But once we reach top, real struggle start. Staying there is not easy. I have seen this in my own life. Once I got very good marks in exam. Everyone appreciated me. I felt very happy and proud. But next year, expectations became higher. Friends and relatives thought I will always score same or more. That pressure was heavy. I realized keeping same level is more stressful. When we achieves success, people clap. But when we lose success people judge quickly. That fear makes things harder. Success needs hard work. But retaining success needs discipline, patience and strong mindset.

Many people reach top for short time but only few stay there long time. So for me, retaining success is more challenging because it needs continuous effort and strong heart.

I think enjoying our passion is more important than only chasing success. Success without happiness feels empty. I remember one of my friends wanted to become doctor because his family forced him. He studied day and night. He got admission but he was never happy. Later he said he always loved art and drawing. He was chasing success but not his passion. When we enjoy what we do success comes naturally. Can br slow but it comes with peace. If we only run behind success we become tired. Life feels like competition only. Passion gives energy. It makes hard work feel light.

I also felt this when I started writing. Nobody reads I still feel calm. That feeling is more valuable than quick fame. So I believe success is good but passion is more important. Because passion keeps heart alive.

According to me, achievement is not only big trophies or money. Achievement is when we feel proud of our effort. Many people think achievement means becoming rich or famous. But I think it is deeper than that. If someone improves their habits that is achievement. If a student passes exam after failing before that is achievement too. I am a teacher and once I helped my younger cousin in studies. He was weak in math. After months of practice, he passed his test.

His smile felt like big achievement for me. Achievement is personal. It is different for everyone. For some it is job promotion. For some it is controlling anger. Real achievement gives inner peace. It makes us feel stronger than yesterday. So in simple words, achievement is progress. Even small progress matters.
