Today's Dairy Game of the Day

Today is Monday and December 5th. Every day is very important for human life. The sun has not come out in our village today.

The sky is covered with fog and clouds. To protect the children from the cold, I have made them sit in a room and this is the most difficult task. Children do not sit confined to a room, but it is forced. It is very cold outside, so this work has to be done. I have given some things to the children to play with. The children are playing. There is an attached kitchen in the room where the children are playing and there is a door between the kitchen and the room.

I am making curry in the kitchen and also watching the children. Yesterday, a cow was slaughtered in my uncle's house in our village and its meat was distributed to the entire village. Today I am cooking the same meat. To cook the meat, I have placed it on a fire stove. I have put water, onion, tomato and lemon inside the meat. I have put a spoonful of turmeric in it.

It has been on the stove for at least an hour but it is not completely cooked yet. When it is cooked, I will make a curry for the evening. First, I have made chips for the children so that they can rest comfortably inside the room of the house, then I am making this curry. Today, dry wood will also be finished. Due to the cold, dry wood is used a lot in our house. The fire burns all day long. Due to the cold, wood is also very expensive.

A maund of wood is available in our village for one thousand rupees. I had my trees cut down and kept them near the saw to dry them. They would have been dry. Today, my brother will get them cut and bring them home. Every matter in life has to be considered. If you do not use them at the right time, time will be wasted and then that work will be of no use.

It got better after two o'clock. The fog would also clear and the sun would come out. At that time, my friends and I would go to the fields near my house to take pictures.

آج سوموار کا دن ہے اور دسمبر کی پانچ تاریخ ہے ہر دن انسان کی زندگی کیلئے بہت اہمیت رکھتا ہے ۔ ہمارے گاؤں میں آج دھوپ نہیں نکلی آسمان پر دھند اور بادل چھائے ہوئے ہیں ۔ بچوں کو سردی سے بچانے کیلئے میں نے ان کو ایک کمرے میں بیٹھایا ہوا ہے اور یہ سب سے مشکل کام ہے بچے ایک کمرے میں پابند ہو کر نہیں بیٹھتے لیکن مجبوری ہے باہر سردی بہت ہے اس لیے یہ کام کرنا پڑتا ہے ۔ میں نے بچوں کو کھیلنے کیلئے کچھ چیزیں دی ہیں بچے کھیل رہے ہیں ۔ جس کمرے میں بچے کھیل رہے ہیں اس کے ساتھ اٹیچ کچن ہے اور کچن اور کمرے کے درمیان ایک دروازہ ہے میں کچن میں سالن بنا رہی ہوں اور ساتھ ساتھ بچوں کو بھی دیکھ رہی ہوں ۔ کل ہمارے گاؤں میں میرے چاچو کے گھر ایک گائے کو زبح کیا گیا تھا اور اس کا گوشت پورے گاؤں میں تقسیم کیا گیا تھا میں آج وہی گوشت پکا رہی ہو۔ گوشت کو گلنے کیلئے میں نے اس کو آگ والے چولہے پر رکھا ہوا ہے

گوشت کے اندر میں نے پانی پیاز ٹماٹر اور لیمن ڈالے ہوئے ہیں ہلدی کا ایک چمچ میں ڈالا ہوا ہے ۔ کم سے کم ایک گھنٹے ہو گیا ہے چولہے پر لیکن ابھی تک مکمل نہیں گلا ۔ جب یہ گل جائے گا تو میں سالن بناؤ گی شام کے ٹائم کیلئے ۔ پہلے بچوں کو چپس بنا کے دے ہیں تاکہ آرام سے کھلتے رہیں گھر کے کمرے کے اندر پھر میں یہ سالن بنا رہی ہوں ۔ آج خشک لکڑیاں بھی ختم ہو گی ہیں ۔ سردی کی وجہ سے خشک لکڑیاں بہت زیادہ استعمال ہوتی ہیں ہمارے گھر میں ۔ سارا دن آگ جلتی رہتی ہے سردی کی وجہ سے لکڑیاں بھی بہت مہنگی ملتی ہیں ہمارے گاؤں میں ایک ہزار روپے کا ایک من لکڑی ملتی ہے ۔ اس نے میں نے اپنے درختوں کی کٹائی کرا دی تھی اور ان کو خشک کرنے کیلئے آرے کے قریب رکھ دیا تھا وہ خشک ہو گی تھیں آج میرا بھائی ان کے ٹکڑے کرا کے گھر لے آئے گا ۔ زندگی کے ہر معاملے پر غور کرنا ہوتا ہے اگر آپ ان کو صحیح وقت پر استعمال نہیں کرو گے تو وقت گزار جائے گا اور پھر وہ کام کسی کام کا نہیں رہے گا

دو بجے کے بعد بہتر ہو گیا دھند بھی ختم ہو گی اور سورج نکل آیا اس وقت میں اور میرے بجے گھر پاس فصلوں میں تصویریں بنانے کیلئے گے
