Share some Healthy routine that you must follow in our daily lives.
Following Healthy routine make your life balanced, Joyful and reduce the stress and tension, The way you look at your surroundings changes in Postive way.
• Wake-up early - We should always wake up early. There are many benefits of waking up early like our body remains energetic throughout the day, improved the Mental Health, boost up Throughout the day.
• Excercise - Exercising has become an essential part of life,Our surrounding has become so unhygienic and unhealthy that exercise is the only way we can get rid of health problems.
• Hydration - It is very important to keep the body hydrated. Whenever you wake up from sleep and after exercising, drink a glass of warm water with Lemons and some honey. By doing this your body will remain hydrated for the whole day and you will not feel bloated.
What things can we include in our routine to avoid a few medicines ?
• Eat Fruits and Green vegetables -In today's advanced world, we give more preference to junk food. Because it is tasty and delicious. But it is totally unhealthy for our body due to which causes some Serious health issues. We should say big No ❌ to Junk Food & Yes☑️ to green vegetables and Fruits By eating green vegetables, our body gets a lot of nutrition and proteins which have the power to fight the germs and bacteria of the body.
• Meditation - We should make meditation a part of our daily life because there is so much workload that people are falling prey to diseases like depression and anxiety. Meditation helps us to relax our mind and take our surroundings in a positive way.
• Practice Good Sleep -Our time becomes so busy due to workload stress or watching mobile that we are not able to get proper 8 hours of sleep. It is very important to get enough sleep and if sleep is not complete then brain's nerves will get damaged somewhere and it will develop some disease or the other.
Knowledge, wealth and health arranged sequentially as per your preference with Reason.
I per my preference - Health, knowledge then at the end weath.
Health- If you have good health then only you will be able to put your mind to it. Without the Good Health, it is challenging to persue your knowledge and wealth.
Knowledge - If your health is good and you have a knowledge then you can think of how make money by using it.
Wealth - For me, money is the last priority. If I am a healthy person and I have positivity all around me and a happy family, then with their help I can make billions of Money.I am healthy. I have the knowledge and steemit is a platform from where I can make money.
