My First Day Driving a Pure Water Tricycle Date: January 18, 2026 Location: Nigeria

Morning:
I woke up very early, my heart was beating faster, because I know that today was the day I would drive the pure water tricycle for the first time it is not a keke NAPEP just a simple tricycle with a large cooler at the back for carrying pure water, my uncle handed me the keys and said, ut don't worry, just go slow and try your luck.
I sat on the tricycle,when I start it my hands was shaking, the engine roared to life, and I slowly pressed the accelerator, the tricycle jerked forward, and I almost hit the electric pole, some children nearby laughed and shouted, new driver i ignored them and kept going.

In the afternoon:
The sun was hot, and the road was rough, I had to deliver pure water to shops in the area, at the first shop, the woman frowned when she saw me she said "You’re new, abi?" i nodded, and she sighed make sure no bottle is missing ooo
Driving was harder than I thought, the tricycle wobbled on bad roads, and I had to balance the heavy load, one time, I almost fell into the gutter, but I managed to steady myself, my shirt was soaked with sweat, but I didn’t give up.

Evening:
By sunset, I had delivered all the water, my body ached, but I felt proud, I counted my earnings ₦10k which was not too bad for a first day.
As I parked the tricycle, my uncle smiled and said smaller weldone u, tomorrow go better," he said and I nodded, but inside I know am tired but happy, but I know that one day, I will be a pro master at this.
This great day was so rejoiceful !!!
