After having a Dawn Prayer and recited my Holy Qur'an, I taken a shower, get dressed, drank a bottle of warm water mix Apple Cider Vinegar, extract lemon juice plus chia seed & pure honey for my healthy drink , I warm up my motorbike. Today I got schedule to cook in the kitchen.

I stoped my motorcycle at The Greengrocer & Fish Shop what3words.com at Ngebong Street, Banjarejo, Madiun City, East Java. It was a boiled weather. I shake my legs to purchased some ingredients for cooking in that greengocer.

Alhamdulillah I found my favorite seafood again in the seafood area, greenshell mussels. I don’t know why, when every single time I came there, it just left to packs of greenshell mussels. Ahaha... I took all of them.

For a pack of greenshell mussels, we only need to pay the price is IDR 11,000 or 3.16 Steem or 0.22 SBD. I took two packs of greenshell mussels and I should pay for it : IDR 11,000 x 2 packs = IDR 22,000. If we convert to Steem is about 6.32 Steem or 0.44 SBD.

I cooked this greenshell mussels again because my friends love it. It only need an hour & finished. However I try my best to eat it seldom inasmuch as if I knew we consume too much is not good for our health.

Let me inform that conduct on the research, we can’t consume greenshell mussels too much & often. Yeah, due to the fact that consumption greenshell mussels too much will give some of bad effects for our healthy & body such as allergies & food poisoning. One of the highest point that we have to bold is greenshell mussels infected with heavy metals and yep, it will give the highest risk for our body, treacherous diseases such as cancer. As long as I knew from long time ago, this is include for all of the types of seashell. Jazz, owing to the fact that shell likes absorbing a lot of things under the water or sea.

I bought IDR 2,000 chili & yazz sure if we convert to Steem is approximately 0.57 Steem or 0.04 SBD. I assume is about 2 ounces of chili. I purchased a pack of pete, too. The amiable seller told me for a pack of pete a.k.a. stinky beans is one ounce then the price is IDR 4,000. If we convert to Steem is about 1.15 Steem or 0.08 SBD

I took a big onion and it’s about three ounces and the price is IDR 3,000. If we convert to Steem is about 0.86 Steem. If we convert to SBD is approximately 0.06 SBD. I bought 2.7 ounces tomato and the cost also IDR 3,000.

IDR 22,000 + IDR 2,000 + IDR 4,000 + IDR 3,000 + IDR 3,000 = IDR 34,000

If we convert to SBD is about 0.68 SBD

And if we convert to Steem is about 9.77 Steem
