There are millions of products in the market for health care and body care, everyone has some specific product that they use in taking care of thier bodies both for good health or for glowing skin, they chose those particular product for some important reasons, some may be because of the price while others might be because of the content of the product.

1 Nivea body cream
Nivea product has been a very good skin product since December of 1911, with different brands of nivea products millions have been able to correct some skin problems that was caused by bleaching or using a wrong cream.
I chose nivea even and radiant body lotion because it contains vitamin c and has deep radiance serum which helps the skin to look young and fresh, it also contains SPF which helps the skin not to be harmed by the sun.
This particular body lotion protects the deep layers of the skin, its smooth and lovely.
Its also affordable
2 Lêivy nature's touch body shampoo
I love this soap because it contains goat milk, any body wash that contains goat milk always moisturizes the body and give is a smooth and soft look.
More to that Lêivy nature's touch body shampoo contains liquorice mulberry and UV protection, it gradually cleanses the body and contains some other essential vitamins.
Its quite expensive but i don't mind because it gives my skin sweet look soft skin and it is my favourite.
3 Skin Doctor face cleanser
I chose skin doctor face cleanser because it contains papaya extract and witch hazel toner, this cleanser helps to clear sunburn and brighten the face, I have been using this products for years now and it has been very good on my face.
It is also affordable.
4 Nivea face cream
I have a very sensitive skin so my face do not accept my body cream so I have to look for a different cream for my face.
Nivea face cream contains SPF 15
I chose nivea face cream because it is a very effective product and it protects my face from sunburn because here in Nigeria the sun is always strong and harms the face but with Nivea face cream I have fear.

6 Vitamin C mineral stoffen
This vitamin c tablets contains zinc, selen and vitamin D 3 so I can say that it is a combination supplement.
I chose it because I don't like taking drugs so i just put one tablet in a cup of water and drink it after my daily activities.
Vitamin c, d, and selen helps to build body immune system, its helps to keep a glowing skin and it also helps to keep the bone strong.
So this product is a most do in my daily life.

All the above products are my favourite because I have been using them for a while and they have been very good for both my skin, my face and my health.
One good thing about all this product is that most of them are affordable except the body wash that is a little bit costly and they are all quality products.

Amiga @bellezabb. Como todos sabemos, a las damas se les da mucho el cuidado personal, por ello, la preferencia y el favoritismo por los producto de este tipo.
Para lucir y sentirse bien, las mujeres tienden a usar cremas, lociones, jabornes, shampues, entre otros. Así cuidan su piel y su cuerpo.
