"May Day, World Labor Day"

Hello steemians,

Greetings to you all and I'm ever grateful to seeing another month of May. I am glad to share on this contest topic: May Day, World Labour Day. A very special thanks to the user @f2i5 for such an interesting contest topic and I am glad to participate.

The world labour day fall every month of May. Every worker is under the roof of Labour because as far as you are engaging into doing something it means an energy is been expended over a period of time. Every worker needs rest, alot of guys go into some jobs not because they enjoy doing that job but because they have no option than to do the job, thanks to the government and private sectors for realizing that these earners needs some rest which is named the World Labour Day.

Challenges faced by workers in this digital era:

Workers gets threatened by their bosses because of the lack of job emplyment opportunities in the country and for that reason, the workers would perform more than their power and ability to see that he or she is not sacked. That is a very big challenge and its eating the workers up.

I am a teacher by profession and the unfortunate thing is that, I work more than my earning, I work crazily because I try to protect my job whereas I'm slimming down because of stress.

Poor salary, heavy workload. The salary is discouraging and an individual has no choice because the job opportunities in the country today, is for who knows who. If you do not have anyone at the top governance then you are nothing and it's not fair at all.

Another challenge workers face in this era is the fact that they have no right to air out their problems and compliant. Once that is done, such a worker might be sacked which is very bad and honedtly friends, I am already thinking of leaving these teaching job because it is stressing.

The benefits workers are getting from their working places

Personally, one of the benefits I gain as a teacher is the holiday and weekends we observe. Unlike the long vacation that lasted for 1 month and 2 weeks, it was indeed a very long and sweet one for me as a teacher but the unfortunate thing is that, I am not going to be paid salary as far as it's a holiday.

Workers have the benefits of been given some leave may be when they are sick, loss from the family, child delivery etc. The leave given to workers under this condition will be of great benefit to them and every worker love to be given a leave.

Facilities are provided for the betterness of the work, a security worker would have the benefit of a gun to secure himself and the family. The benefit of a doctor is that, he will have access to drugs in the hospital store to treat his family and friends, a teacher also have the benefit of meeting young girls and boys to warn them about life. I feel being a teacher has a great benefit of meeting different souls and directing them on the right path of life which I know doing it sincerely as a teacher will attract blessing from God.
