Hi good evening from Africa to all the friends here on steemit. From here I'm participating in his nice contest about the difference between smart work and hard work. Keep reading to know my views

Hard work

Hard work involves putting efforts to achieve a task, it involves working hard, spending time and energy to be able to do a task.
With hard work one can achieve a lot but it will take him a lot of time and energy. Unlike smart work

Smart work

Smart work involves outting in our minds and thinking about how to perform a task more effectively. With smart work one can do a job perfectly without having to put too much efforts unnecessarily.

For me I think that working smart is much more beneficial because there are a lot of technologies today that makes things easier for us and when we work smart with these technologies we reduce much stress and also yield good results.

Its true that I work hard to go to the market and sell to be able to provide for my family but if I don't apply thinking ability to my work I'll die of too much stress. Thinking of strategies to sale my goods instead of doing it blindly will benefit me much more than merely putting in efforts to work.

With the little I already know so far in this platform, I have observed that the street team are responsible for the smooth run of this nice platform so I thank them for all their efforts and their smart work..
