I'm glad that steemit is your full time job, that allows you to be active all day long, I see that you fulfill many roles within the platform, it's not easy, you must have great organization to accomplish everything.
I think that rewarding the moderators for their hard work would be good, I feel that they are having a huge load and it is not easy to carry all that control.
But it is good the union that has been seen in all the communities, also that there is more support and more contribution from all the users.
