Today I will be talking aboutstress management. firstly I will like to enlighten everyone by defining stress

Stressthis is a the feeling or being overwhelmed or unable to cope with mental and emotional pressure.
It is quite understandable that in our world or in our society being stressed out is very much common due to the hardships, emotional and mental pressure.esspecialy this is at a high rate when it involves students, because they have alot of challenges, which can be financially, mentally or emotional so it is not an easy thing trying to manage stress in general.so I will be sharing some tips on how to manage stress and why it needs to be managed.
Effect of stress
After a traumatic experience or event on may have a strong and lingering reaction.
One of the effects of stress is
Disbelief
Fear,shock,anger, sadness, frustration,this are just a few of the effect not to talk about defficulty in ssleepin,lack of appetite,body pain,mental issue,head achs, worsening of chloric illness.all this and more are caused by stress and lack of stress management.
How to manage stress
Many of us are facing challenges that can be very overwhelming and stressful and can cause strong emotions in both adults and children.Stress is something natural to feel along with anxiety,grief and worries during traumatic event such as mass shooting, natural disasters,and pandemic.so we are to consider five way of managing stress
1)
Take care of yourself
Which includes eating healthy, exercise,get plenty sleep and learn how to give our body a break

2)make time to unwind
Everyone needs to get sometimes out to try out exercing and other activities to enjoy.
3)Talk to others
We should try talking to others, sharing our problems and telling them how we feel with a lot of things that cause us stress .
4)Avoid drugs and alcohol
5)Recognize when u need a third party
