You're right. But it lies.
It does. Is that subterfuge a sign of intelligence? And can you punish it for lying, like you do to a child?
It is a machine that was built by humans. Of course it lies, but it doesn't know what it's doing. If you say that: “You're lying!”, you'll get a standard apology claiming that it was only trying to help.
You can't punish a free service. That's not adequate.
