Introduction

This is the report of my Activities in the community for the past one week. 27/1/2022 to 3/2/2022.
Last week I engaged in alot of activities in the community such as reading and commenting on members post, checking plagiarism as well as using steemworld.org tool to check if they are in any of these clubs. Club 5050, club 75 and club 100.

I also encourage members of the community to continue in Powering up their liquid steem.

I invited people from my country and friends to take part in the community contest.
I was happy when I see some of them taking part in the Contest and receiving prize.
I have equally invite them fo this week's contest and I have also share the contest link in the WhatsApp group I created encouraging them to take part in the Contest.

Reading and commenting on post

I do take few hours off my schedule to read and comment on authors post. After reading, I will make a sincere comment on it and also support them with my little vote.
Some users did post content that are not related to farming which I do encourage them to post farming related content.
As a result of that, most of them have started posting content related to farming and I do appreciate them so much.

While still reading through authors post, I used to discover some, who so not support their pictures with quality write up. When I see such content, I used to first of all commend them for their efforts and than correct them that they should always support their pictures with at least 250 words which I have seen a lot of improvement. I am still encouraging others to make quality content in the community.

Checking plagiarism

I am happy and thankful to members of his community for always making effort to write content free from plagarism.
There are few users whose content is not always 100% unique, I had also encourage them to try as much as possible to make plagarism free content.
And when I checked the profile of such users, I discovered that most of them are new users.
They are still work in progress.

Challenges

Though it is said that vote is not a guarantee in steemit, users still expect thier content to be supported by other users. That is why I used to support them with my little vote which is not enough for they put to come up with good content.
As a result of this, the active members in this community as drop.
And when I asked some why they have stopped posting in this community, their reply is that they don't have they support they expected.
I used to encourage them to continue making their post in the community, because the admins and mods along with steemfarm-market curation account has been supportive thier content.

I believe they will start post as soon as possible.
And hopefully, we will have bigger support from the steemit Team.
Which our subscribers will also smile especially those hardworking posters.

Conclusion

I am thankful to the founder and admins of this great community for the authority confer upon me as a moderator of this community.
I appreciate @oppongke so much for always making sure all users content are supported with our little earning.i will not fail to thank the steemit Team for always supporting the community account from time to time which will help us in smooth running of this community. I say thank you.
