WHY DO PEOPLE ASSOCIATE WITH YOU?

Relationships are very essential in life. The kind of relationship you build matters. It's very essential to have strategic relationship. Don't build relationship based on financial benefits.

A true relationship is one whereby you have someone who can cry with you and not stand by you. Build relationship with people that are above, contemporaries and below you. Have a relationship with people who appreciate who you are not what you have.

Strategic relationship brings about connection. You should have relationship with people that even if they aren't capable of helping, they can refer you to helpers

There are three major people you must build relationship with; the burden bearers, the gifted and the highly connected. The burden bearers are those that help you bear your burden. The gifted are those who use their gifts to your advantage while the highly connected are people that aren't in high places but know people who can be of great help to you.

It takes grace to build worthwhile relationship. You don't a relationship with the rich only cause you know their capacity but build with the people you consider poor because you don't know what the pregnant tomorrow holds. They might turn out to have multiples of what the rich have.

Never look down on people. No matter how successful you are, you will still need help from those you call nonentity.

You must have the kind of relationship that provoke honour. You have the kind of relationship whereby you can access when in financial mess, during emergency times. Relationship don't just happen, you have to be committed to it, you can't claim to be busy always to someone who sacrifices their time for you.

A lot of people are surrounded by sycophants who stays during rosy period. When you are able to figure out why people love and associate with you, it helps you to grow and know those to depend on in trial times .
