Prove yourself as the best artist for the week

Hope you all are well. First of all I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the honorable organizer @dequeen who organized this beautiful and meaningful contest of week 59. Such competitions not only bring out our hidden talents but also teach us to believe in ourselves.

What did I create?

This time I have hand drawn a drawing of a bird and its nest. The picture shows a small nest with small baby birds and their mother bringing them food. This scene reminds me of a mother's love, immolation and liability. To me, this delineation is n't exactly a picture but a sentiment that describes the stunner of nature.

Steps in making a drawing

I first wrote my username @abdullaht and the date 04-02-2026 on the paper, as clearly mentioned in the contest rules.

Then I worked step by step, First make a slight sketch of the nest.

Added leaves and branches around the nest.

Then made the shape of the little birds inside the nest.

After that I sketched a bird in flight.

Finally, fine shading on the wings, beak and body to bring life to the image.

I worked patiently and carefully at each step so that the drawing felt natural.

Time and my feelings

It took me about two and a half hours to finish this sketch. I was feeling veritably comfortable while I was picturing. It was as if I had come a part of nature myself. After completion, I felt fortunate and delighted that I had created commodity beautiful with my hard work.

Where did the inspiration come from?

I got this idea from watching the life of birds. Especially the mother bird's hard work and love for her children impressed me a lot. This is the spirit I have tried to show in my drawings.
