That’s a great idea though I didn’t think about that honestly but now you’ve brought up the idea, If the challenge is approved, I would have to include a second challenge for vegetarians so that the participants have two options to choose from, in that way everyone who wants to participate vegetarians inclusive can be a part of the challenge which will also make for more participations. There are very great vegetarian intercontinental dishes and I am sure this would bring delight and exploration. Thanks.
