Today was the third day of our sports program. The atmosphere seemed a little different since morning. When I step away from the hustle and bustle of work and go out for sports, my mind automatically becomes lighter. Felt something similar even today. As soon as I stepped into the hall, there was a lot of activity in front of me. Someone was doing warm-up, someone was joking with his friends and some people were already engaged in the game. There was a kind of energy in the entire atmosphere, which is felt as soon as you come here.

First of all we thought of playing table tennis. Gathered two-four friends and went straight to the table. The beginning was a little slow, my hands were not feeling that much. In the first few rounds, the ball hit the net or went out of the table several times, which made everyone laugh. But as the game progressed, everyone started getting into a rhythm. One or two rallies were so spectacular that even the spectators started clapping. That's the special thing about playing with friends—more fun lies in the atmosphere than in winning.

After table tennis, we thought of playing a quiet and mind-blowing game, so we sat down at the chess table. The atmosphere changes completely as soon as you reach here. The noise that had been there till now was gradually left behind and the focus became solely on the chess board. Friends were sitting in front of me and both of them were thinking a lot about their move. The way the game progressed with the pieces changing places was quite interesting. Every now and then we would give a slight smile, as if we were guessing each other's moves in our minds. Many times it seemed that the game was now in my hands, and the next moment some move of his would change the direction of the game.

Today was not spent just in playing games, but in a way it was like relaxing the mind. Such small breaks are very important amidst the pressure of work. Laughter of friends, light conversations, and small fun during sports… all together make the day pleasant. The third day passed very smoothly and while returning home I felt that as much fun as I had today, perhaps something equally good is going to happen in the remaining days too.
