Sketching Tutorial : Powerpuff Girls Rockin' Trio ✍🏼♥️

How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance. I am here to unlock my drawing skills. I drew a drawing of a "Powerpuff Girls Rockin' Trio". I hope it reaches your expectations.

Material Needed :

• Lead Pencil
• Eraser
• Sharpener
• Cotton bird

Step 1

When I began sketching the Power Girls, I started by drawing the large shape of the girl’s hair, forming a bold base, and filled it in with black color. After that, I added her small lips, slim and long arms, and the outline of her shirt. I drew two horizontal lines and two vertical lines to define the structure, then shaped her hair into a ponytail to complete the look.

Step 2

After that, I sketched another girl with her hair styled upward. The hair on her forehead had a zigzag shape, and she had big, round eyes that I filled in with a black marker. She wore a small smile on her face. One of her thin arms was stretched forward while the other was drawn behind her, and her calf flowed backward like a scarf. I created her form using short, light lines and added two vertical and two horizontal lines on her shirt. She also had a small leg and a tiny shoe shape to complete the sketch.

Step 3

After that, I drew the third girl in a sitting position. She had short hair and large eyes, which I filled in with black color. Her two thin arms were stretched forward, and she had two small feet. I added two vertical lines on her shirt and gave her a pair of small smiles to complete her expression.

Step 4

After that, I began coloring the sketches with markers. I first highlighted the hair of the top girl and filled it with yellow. For the second girl, I outlined her dupatta and head with a black marker, then colored her hair and dupatta orange, adding red to the tied-up section of her hair. Finally, I colored the hair of the seated girl with black.

Step 5

After that, I filled in the eyes of all three of them and filled in the lines on the front of their shirts. I colored these lines in black for all three of them and highlighted the sketches of all three of them with a marker and colored one eye in blue, the other eye in orange, and the third eye in green.

Step 6

After that, I colored their shirts. I colored one shirt blue, the second green, and the third orange. The small orange ones that were visible on the two shoes were both colored black.

Step 7

And then I applied Krylon brown color to all three of them, on their faces, hands, and arms, to their legs, to highlight their nice, light skin.

My Final Picture

With that, my entire sketch was complete. I carefully filled in the background using Krylon orange, applying it lightly like a pencil to create an even finish.

How long did it take and how did it feel?

This sketch did not take very long to complete because the design was simple and smooth to work on. I really enjoyed the process, as drawing sketches like this helps relax the mind and refresh creative energy. Each step flowed easily, from outlining to coloring, without feeling tiring. Overall, it took me about 20 minutes to complete the sketch, and I felt satisfied and happy with the final result.

Inspiration

The inspiration for this sketch came from my love for simple, fun cartoon art.I wanted to create something playful and relaxing that allowed my creativity to flow.The Power Girls theme encouraged me to experiment with different poses and hairstyles.I focused on expressing cheerful and lively characters in a simple way. Also This sketch helped me enjoy drawing and refreshed my mind.
