Greetings my friends, welcome to my diary. I'll tell you a little about how yesterday afternoon went with my best friend. We'd been meaning to get together for a while to chat and share some quality time. There's nothing like spending a whole afternoon with your childhood best friend, talking and talking, catching up on everything. But the get-together always got canceled due to all the things that were complicated for her, just like for me, until yesterday when everything finally came together.
Well, I had gone to a supermarket, and we agreed to meet there to go to a restaurant nearby. It's right by the beach, very cool, outdoors, and very nice. We had been to that place before, but it was a long time ago. This time we went back; we really like it there. As I told you, we've been best friends since childhood, through all our studies, and to this day we maintain this strong bond of friendship. Despite so much time passing without seeing each other, we're always there for each other through thick and thin. And today we were spending some time together after so long without going out like this. The restaurant is called Patricio; they have a lot of seafood since it's near the beach, but also fast food and a little bit of everything. We took a picture as soon as we arrived before ordering.
We were talking when the guy taking our order asked us what we wanted. We'd already decided on pizza; they're really good there, and some fresh strawberry juice. He took our order and left. We kept talking about so many things—news from each of us, things we needed to share. It wasn't long before the guy came back with our order and we started eating. We took a picture with our food and kept eating. It was a big portion and delicious, as were the juices.
After eating for a while, we chatted for hours. The conversation was interesting, and we decided to order some beers to continue sharing. We stayed for quite a while until the sun started to set, and my dad was going to the supermarket where my friend and I were meeting. He was going to buy some things, so I was going to take the opportunity to meet up with my dad and go home with him right away.
Before leaving, we couldn't miss taking a picture in this area of the restaurant; the view was beautiful. A little while later, we headed to the supermarket. I met up with my dad, helped him with some shopping, and my friend came along. When we finished, we said our goodbyes.
