Assalamu alaikum
Another exciting day to start actually I am surviving my days and I am trying to continue the diet which has been given to me and so now I will share my routine as usual the start of the day is with the detox water and firstly I used to have morning tea on empty stomach and nowadays I have been which switch this water and this is really so good.
On empty stomach I wasn't good to drink milk tea and it's been my help with since for last 15 years but now I came to know that this is not good practice to do so I just skip now the morning tea and I wanted to have a very good detox that detoxify my body and then I have a good breakfast after about half an hour and with the gap of half an hour then I have a cup of tea and my cup of tea is also not very cooked and I don't use much milk.
I have many options for my breakfast like I can take oats I can have brown bread with egg and sometime I can have omelette of to eggs so this is how I am changing my breakfast routine and I will share more and more pictures with you guys and its only depend how much calories you are burning in a day and how much you are taking and how much you are doing the body work like some exercise.
For exercise how much is your heart rate if you are heart rate is more than 155 /minute so this is basically helpful for you otherwise it has no use and so most of the girls who are just doing the simple or not helping it.
And second most important thing is that while you are doing walk how much work a normal person should do I think you should walk at least 5000 steps per day this is the basic requirement these steps must be when you walk very fast.
Lunch and evening you have to spices you can have good amount of salad like anything you can put in it and for evening you must take 150 gram of protein is there I think my post is very informative for the people who are really taking care of them planning to lose weight.
For chicken you must use a very less oil to it and you can also steam it. That's how I am doing my weight loss journey you can also join me.
