Assalamu alaikum another day today is really raining and weather is also changing and the smog and fog is now about to change. All the seasonal a vegetables are there and it's very cheap to use and very easy to eat and very easy to access to everybody even though if you are not try to eat healthy but you can have good amount of vegetables now this is all the fresh vegetables that we are cutting and I don't have time so what I do I just had all the vegetable and then I stored in my refrigerator.

This is really good sunny days so what we are doing here I think our hair and because in this is the winter so all the hair falling. If anyone can suggest how to prevent hair fall during the winter season give us some remedies and some protective home remedies for hair I will definitely try out.

I take two cup of tea everyday and you in the my breakfast after breakfast I take a cup of tea and then when I reach to my hospital I also want to have cup of tea. Because I am go to my hospital on bike so far me is really cold outside I do when I reached to my hospital I tried I have a cup of tea which is used to without sugar and which is giving good amount of protein almost 5 to 6 gram.

This was my really healthy breakfast on which I take the besan ka Chela and which is about 8 to 10 gram of protein and with two omelette to egg omelette is really good source of protein because one egg is equal to 7 gram of proteins almost 14 gram of protein along with that 7 for this is almost 24 and gram of protein almost.
