The Tropicana hotel in Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria, is rising with the aim of becoming a hospitality destination in the region, hoping to outshine the existing Hotel Le Meridien in its glory and splendour.

The building rose slowly but steadily and is now the second-tallest building in the environs of Uyo.

In a similar vein, my power-up is making a steady rise due to my adopting a working power-up culture. I have come to love Steem and Steemit, and that is the motivation that powers this trend. I believe investing in my Steemit account is a more preferable and realistic option.

I currently have a 5,000 Steem Power objective, which I believe is a stepping stone to my Steem dreams made more achievable by the current drop in Steem price.

Today, I am powering up 239 Steem only, a small amount compared to my last power-up. Though small, it gets me closer to mt goal. Adding 239 steem to 1,603 takes me to 1,842

My Current Status

As highlighted in the screenshot above, which shows my current Steem power status. The red highlight shows I have 1,603 Steem power, while the blue highlight shows 239 liquid Steem with some fractions.

How to Power-up

Any power-up attempt would be impossible without the approval of my very protective active key.

The Screenshot on the left shows me logged in, Username is @manuelhooks followed by my valid Active key.

With my wallet activated, I selected the Power-Up function from the Steem menu.

On the convert to steem power dialogue window, I selected the steem balance option to power up all the 239.999 liquid Steem I have.

I then went through the confirmation screen, making sure that the 239.999 Steem is powered up to my account.

I then selected the ok button.

The new status now shows that the power-up was successful.

I have a total of 1,843.407 Steem power

Conclusion and Invitation

I do believe in Steem and in Steemit, so I invest in Steemit by powering up my Steem. I view every power-up as both a saving and an investment.
