"Contest 42 | My favorite outfit this week …"

Hello, great Steemians. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you all, and I thank @m-fdo for organizing this contest this week.

My favorite outfit this week is a black, three-quarter-sleeve top with a fitted bodice that tapers at the waist. The top has a thin gold zipper, which runs vertically along the front of my top, serving both a functional and decorative purpose. Below the top is a black rose, which is located at my waist region, followed by a red stripe design at the bottom of the top. The top is paired with a red skirt that falls just above my knee, creating a striking contrast with the black upper garment.

The skirt appears to have a smooth, tailored fit and a rose design at its bottom just before the knee, enhancing my shape while adding a bold pop of color to my overall look. On my head is a neatly trimmed wig with a pixie cut, which frames my face and makes it round. The hairstyle is sleek and contemporary, giving me a polished look that complements the outfit. The outfit is accessorized with a black handbag and a black wristwatch. On my feet are polished leather shoes with a classic closed-toe design that complements the outfit’s sophisticated vibe.

I like this outfit because it's casual to wear, and it's very mature and acceptable, especially in the church setting. I love wearing things that don't tighten me that much, and that is why I really like the top because it's free on my body. Although the skirt is tight, it really complements the top; that's why I like wearing them together.

I got this beautiful outfit as a gift from my mom on my birthday. She bought it at a boutique unknown to me in Uyo. I bought the hair and shoes at Plaza, Uyo, and I bought the handbag and watch at the same destination in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
