SFS Contest Week 5 | Lifestyle Diary Game by @sandimal

The day I am going to say this is a Sunday. As it was a holiday, when I woke up in the morning, it was half past seven in the morning. It is my habit to wash my face and drink a cup of tea as soon as I wake up in the morning.

While drinking the tea, I wondered what I would do today. While thinking like that, I remembered that tomorrow is my sister's birthday. As she likes different styles of clothes, this time I thought of buying a lehenga kit for her birthday. Today was a holiday so I made it my first duty to go and get her the gift. First I called my friend and asked him what he was doing today. He also had a day off, so I called him to go to town with me. He promised to come near our house by 9 am. As there was still time left, I took the breakfast prepared by my mother.

After getting the food I got dressed and got ready. At ten minutes before 9 in the morning, my friend came near the house and called me. He had come in his car.

He came with his brother. My friend was with him while he was going to town for his brother's work. My friend's name is Darshan. His brother Harshana. As the work Harshana had come for was urgent, we went directly to his desired place. Darshana, who had a habit of taking selfies on the go, did not forget to take a selfie while driving.

After Harshana's work was done, we went to a cloth shop in the town to buy a lehenga for my sister. There I chose a red lehenga, her favorite color. Below you can see the lehenga that I bought for my sister.

As it was past noon by that time, we went to a nearby shop and had tea with pastry and left for home. After thanking my two friends and saying goodbye to them, I returned home. When I got home, I washed and took the lunch my mother had prepared and took a short nap. As a habit, on holidays, our village friends get together and play cricket in the evening. So I woke up around 4 pm and went to the play ground to play with my friends.

Today, as usual, about fifteen friends were present when I went there. We divided into two groups and played until after six in the evening. One of my favorite moment in life is playing together with my friends in the village. These days it gets dark after six in the evening, so we finished playing and said goodbye to each other and left for home. As usual, when I came home tired from playing, mother prepared the tea and was waiting for me.
