• STEPS

Step one😎

Like every other artists would say, start with a mild sketch. Very simple and light that if there should be a mistake, it can easily be erased or adjusted.
But unfortunately for me , I'm using a pen, which cannot or may not be erased. So I have to avoid mistakes as possible as I can.

Step Two 😇

I shaded the hair. Since it's a natural African hair. The curly texture had to be considered. So I sketch the curls and detailed it as well.
I also outline and detailed the ear ring .

Step Three😤

I shaded the face . I used the blending method to do the shading.
As you can see that it is halfway done.
Some parts have been shaded , while some parts are not shaded.

This is me displaying the progress after I was done shading the face.
Now, we go into another round of shading.
I couldn't finish this in one day. I had to pause and come back the next day

After the previous photo, I took a break....
And from this stage was when I got back to the drawing.
I was to shade the body and the clothing.

So, here , I started with the hand. Just using the hatching and cross-hatching technique. But some parts wey blended to look smooth

Step Four 🙃

I was so done with this artwork.
I shaded all the areas, detailed and outline all the areas to make it realistic as it is.

After everything, I wrote her name by the side of the drawing. And also wrote my username .
