I prefer to work from office. Because working from home may distract your focus on work because family members, wife, children may disturb you while working. You can not be punctual for your work because there is no boss, no inspection on you so I prefer to work from office where I can focus on my work, I get working atmosphere which plays important role while working. At office, there is boss, there is responsible person who always inspect that all work going on in flow or not.

I don't think so as I said above, atmosphere plays important role and when we work in office there are competitive spirit also that my college has done this work on time, let me finish on time too with more creativity. So in office your productivity gets increase compare to working from home.

Very much!! I remember when I was working on BPO sector and trust me if I was in bad mood then also in office environments changed my mood because it is like fun to work in office with your office college. There are so much fun, talks, working pressure, sad moments, happy moments in office which you can share with your office college. So definitely office environments may impact on moods.

Absolutely! When you work from home so there is no other college with you, no office staff. There is no connection with any one. Even if you are working from home so you don't go out so you don't even meet your canteen boy, any normal friends so absolutely I miss social interaction when working remotely.

I have simple ideal work set up where office environments should be good, desk table should be clean and design which enforce you to work more, good college, good boss. I don't scare with work pressure even I think work should be in bulk so we can be busy in work and we can secure our job always.
