Steemit Learning Challenge-S27W6; Physiofit; Case Study 2 Challenge
Greetings to Steemians,
First of all I'm very thankful to @ashkhan and the Steemit team who started that informative and educational series. With the help of this we learn, research and really gain and increase our knowledge.
In this week challenge I can find a different but relevant disease for this week challenge and also very common disease Cervical Spondylosis and present detailed case study.
This disease only shows in those who work in computer for long time and taken wrong posture.
Task 1: You have to find a case study like I have shared but not the same disease, then confirm the diagnosis of the disease, add 3 to 4 causes.
My patient was 45 years old woman who work as a teacher in school. From last 6 months he can suffering from pain in the downward side of neck and burden on shoulders and come clink to that sensevity. She told that at the time of morning her neck was fully rigid and having pain in the end of the day.
Diagnosis:
After complete inspection and check her previous medical records, I will found that she has been Cervical Spondylosis. It is special and unique condition in which the neck vertebral and cause of age or wrong way of wearing and tear born in joints.
Causes:
Wrong Posture
When you study more in bending position, mobile watching and write on board causes it.
Habit of long sitting
When you sit for long time in only one position, it will be rigid and hard your neck muscles.
Age Factor
Cartilage and disc become weaker after the age of 40 year old people.
Mental pressure and weak muscles
Long jitters cause of weak muscles of neck and also increasing the pain.
Task 2: You have to share symptoms of your patient history and confirm that diagnoses of the given cases study.
Pain in your neck especially when you move and doing some work.
Pain or discomfort in your arms and shoulders.
Tense or pain in back side of your head.
Feeling difficulty and pain when you moving your head.
Sometimes feeling dizziness and malaise.
Diagnosis:

It is a symptom of cervical nerve root irritation.

All these symptoms verified that patient suffering Cervical Spondylosis.
Task 3: You have to find the best protocol for any disease and then perform the exercises of your specific task. It would be better to perform the exercises and share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. (Try to use 3 methods).
Reducing pain and tense
Finished the neural pressure
Strong the muscles of neck and shoulders
Give normal life to patient
Correct Position and Posture:

Many of these exercises are performed by me for better understanding that how to do properly these exercises at home. I will personally feeling very better when I am doing these exercises. My neck feels very well. After 4 weeks doing these exercises patient will recover 80%. It will improve your neck movement and patient work easily without any pain.
This challenge is a perfect opportunity to learn and make awareness related to physiotherapy treatment. I really want to see the other friends cases and their recommendations. I will also invite some of my friends @josepha, @maryam86, @taaher1, @wuddi and @jannat7 to participate in this week.
