Steemit Learning Challenge-S21W6; Disc Herniation"
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I will now write a few words related to the topic of this contest. As much as I have an idea about the subject, I will try to give the maximum. I hope everyone will like this post and my expression. So let's get started without delay.
What's disc herniation? Write in your own words after getting knowledge from the lesson post.
Disc herniation is a condition in which there is an abnormal condition of the jelly-like part of the vertebrae of the spine. The jelly-like part between the vertebrae helps keep the spine flexible. But if for some reason there is an abnormal condition in the vertebra of the spine, then it is called disc herniation.
If the hard coating outside the disc bursts for some reason, then the jelly-like part of the cavers goes out and this condition is basically called disc herniation.

Share your review after performing these exercises either on yourself, healthy individual or patient.
Since I am a teacher, I have to sit in a row most of the time, and due to continuous sitting, I feel pain in my spine, neck and back. The hands and feet also feel dizzy. As a result, I have been practicing exercises for a few days, practicing the exercises made me feel stress-free. I also felt less back pain and neck pain and less numbness in my hands and feet than before.
After reviewing the exercises on healthy people, I realized that exercise is beneficial not only for the sick, but also for healthy people. Doing this exercise increases blood circulation and strengthens the spine rate.
After reviewing the sick person, I realized that their hands and feet felt less and less pain in the back and spine, and felt much more stress-free.
In this great competition, I think everyone has the best. By participating, their talent and creativity can be revealed. There is no harm in participating, but there is a small gain. So I'm inviting some of my friends here. They are.

Thank you for understanding the lesson and sharing your assignment; I hope that you will enjoy this week's lesson and try to implement it in your life if you see any such case.
Observations
Task 1 (2.5/3)
You have shared a good knowledge about disc herniation, its symptoms, and and causes, but didn't add its types. A bit more depth require to complete the answer. I appreciate your effort.
Task 2 (2.3/3)
In the second question, you tell us about how you have to assess a patient by doing physical examination and, performing investigations and didn't add special tests and history taking. It would be better if you add name and explanation of one special test of each region to assess the disc herniation. Great.
Task 3 (3.7/4)
You try the hip bridging, William Flexion and sciatic nerve glides exercises . You did the hip bridging, William Flexion correctly but in sciatic nerve glides you have perform dosriflexion on your feet instead of performing with normal position. Always remember to apply heat pack before performing exercises to relax the muscles and reduce stiffness. I appreciate your efforts.
Overall you made a great attempt to answer all the questions. I appreciate your efforts. But next time try to avoid the above written suggestions. Keep learning and try to implement your knowledge to the people suffering from disc herniation or any type of back pain. Thank you.
