I’m finally in Hull - 5 hours straight up.
It was hot and sunny in Eastbourne - shorts & T-shirt. As we got further North, it rained and it’s cold. I already miss the sun!
I praised yesterday's rain. Though we still have to hope - it wasn't enough for really good sheep food...
Is the “sheep food” just luscious green grass or does the rain help in some other way?
Yes, luscious green grass and other herbs (dandelion, yarrow...). And what is also not unimportant: the rain has washed the dust off the plants.
